Job summary

Dave & Buster's in New Jersey is seeking Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators and technical equipment while ensuring a top-notch guest experience. You will assist Guests, manage game conditions and support team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Clear communication with Guests and Team Members.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain games, simulators, and equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Stock, display and secure merchandise in all storage areas.
• Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift where applicable.
• Notify Manager of any Guest issues and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games and tech room.
