Job summary

You will take full ownership of accounting and financial reporting for a prominent asset, working closely with owners, senior management, and property operations at a prime Midtown location.

Based on-site in Midtown Manhattan, you’ll oversee month-end close, budgets, cash flow, and tax recoveries, providing accurate financial information and maintaining strong controls across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Commercial Property Controller experience or equivalent.
• NYC office and retail property accounting knowledge.
• Skilled user of Yardi Voyager.
• Confident working with senior leaders, owners and external advisers.
