Network ESC International in Midtown Manhattan is seeking two Building Porters to join our corporate property team. The role focuses on cleanliness, safety, and the upkeep of common areas and surrounding grounds, ensuring residents, tenants, visitors, and staff enjoy a welcoming environment.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 11am to 7pm, with responsibilities including cleaning lobbies and hallways, snow removal assistance, and reporting maintenance issues to the Building Superintendent.

Formación

• Experience in building, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend and perform physical duties.
• Dependable, punctual and professional.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and polish surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, entrances, courtyards and outdoor spaces.
• Remove garbage and recycling and manage disposal areas.
• Assist with snow removal, salting, and seasonal maintenance.
• Monitor building conditions and report maintenance issues.
• Assist the superintendent with basic maintenance and building projects.
• Respond promptly to spills, emergencies, and resident requests.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow building safety, security and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
