Job summary

Devon is seeking an Assistant Foreman Midstream to coordinate routine maintenance activities, monitor digging and boring near pipelines, and supervise inspections to ensure safety, integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will review equipment changes, keep GIS maps up-to-date, oversee pigging schedules, mentor the pipeline operations team, and contribute to hiring, performance management and career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in pipeline operations, inspections, or maintenance.
• OSHA certifications preferred.
• API 1169 Pipeline Inspector Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates routine activities based on maintenance plans for pipelines.
• Reviews equipment changes and keeps pipeline maps current in GIS.
• Manages periodic visual inspections and pigging schedules for integrity.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and DOT regulations.
• Oversees corrective tasks and vendor performance.
• Monitors real-time pipeline surveillance including pressures and balances.
• Guides staff development and oversees operational processes.
