Job summary

Devon Energy is seeking an Assistant Foreman Midstream to coordinate routine pipeline maintenance activities, monitor line digging and boring, and oversee inspections for integrity and safety. The role ensures regulatory compliance and accurate record keeping while supervising a pipeline operations team and coordinating real-time surveillance of systems.

The position involves guiding and mentoring staff, managing work orders, and ensuring timely completion of tasks in line with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pipeline maintenance and inspection practices.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and DOT regulations.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine activities based on maintenance plans for pipelines.
• Monitor digging and boring around lines and manage line crossing inspections.
• Review equipment changes and keep GIS/mapping data current.
• Oversee line inspections and pigging schedule for integrity.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and permits.
• Supervise corrective tasks and vendor performance per work orders.
• Mentor pipeline operations team and oversee safety practices.
