Job summary

Kleinfelder Inc. in Houston is seeking a dynamic Pipeline and Facilities Project Manager to lead midstream projects from concept to installation.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and teams across pipeline and facility scopes, while ensuring compliance with federal and state codes and industry standards. The role requires 5+ years in pipeline/midstream PM, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and strong client and regulatory stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pipeline and/or midstream PM experience.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and scope changes.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee project pursuits, allocate resources, define client requirements, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Lead all phases of project execution from concept to installation.
• Review designs and documentation for compliance with codes and standards.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and project team.
• Mentor staff and develop career paths.
• Develop project status reports outlining progress and proposed solutions.
