Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams through planning, design, and construction support for energy and infrastructure.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: primary client contact, build trusted relationships and responsive communication.
• Portfolio Management: manage multiple projects from opportunity through execution in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Interdisciplinary Leadership: lead technical, cost, and schedule decisions across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Innovative Problem Solving: develop practical engineering solutions with sound judgment and technical expertise.
• Project Delivery Oversight: manage delivery, subcontractors, scheduling, financial tracking, and safety compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: clearly explain technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
