Job summary

Kleinfelder in Houston is seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Project Manager to lead downstream projects from concept to installation. You will coordinate design, engineering, and construction tasks, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor staff while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline.
• PE certification preferred.
• 7+ years of related PM experience in refinery or similar oil/petrochemical industry.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead oil and gas projects from concept to installation, ensuring compliance with codes.
• Review designs and documentation for compliance with codes and standards.
• Direct process facility, terminal, metering and loading design and construction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and project teams.
• Develop project status reports with progress and issues.
