Job summary

Kleinfelder Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Pipeline Engineering Project Manager to lead engineering projects for major energy and utility clients in a hybrid office role in Houston, TX or Atlanta, GA.

The ideal candidate will bring 6–7 years of pipeline/engineering consulting experience, with at least 3 years in project management, and a Professional Engineer license. Responsibilities include client relationship management, portfolio oversight, and cross-disciplinary leadership.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of related pipeline/engineering consulting experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer registration is required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: primary client contact and ensure satisfaction.
• Portfolio Management: oversee multiple projects from opportunity to execution.
• Interdisciplinary Leadership: guide technical, cost, and schedule decisions across teams.
• Innovative Problem Solving: develop practical engineering solutions.
• Project Delivery Oversight: manage delivery, subcontractors, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: clearly communicate concepts to clients and agencies.
