Cardinal Health's Columbus distribution center is hiring a Midshift Warehouse Associate to receive, pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment. You will use RF scanners and various material handling equipment while following safety and quality guidelines.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long shifts, and overtime availability. Training is provided, high school diploma preferred. Join a reliable team delivering essential medical products to healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in English, reading/writing to process documents.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for 8+ hour shifts.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Comfortable at heights of 25–30 feet.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders: pick, pack, input data, prepare for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory controls to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Be willing to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (order picker, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.).
• Operate equipment and follow safety procedures to support efficient workflows.
