Cardinal Health is seeking warehouse team members in Columbus to ensure the uninterrupted flow of essential medical products. You will receive and fulfill orders, perform quality checks, and input data to prepare shipments. Training on equipment is provided, with opportunities to cross-train across multiple areas.

The role supports a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are valued. Overtime is expected, with pay at $20.10 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in English is required to read and write documents.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for extended shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Comfortable working at heights of 25-30 feet.
• Self-motivated with team-oriented approach and limited supervision.
• Capable of processing paperwork per policies.
• Able to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and multi-tasking ability.
• RF scanner and/or MHE experience is a plus.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by following the established process, including picking, packing and inputting data.
• Cross-train across warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Be willing to train and obtain certification to operate material handling equipment.
