Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to support order fulfillment and inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment in the United States. The role involves picking, quality checks, packing, data entry, and preparing shipments, with cross-training across duties and potential RF scanner use.

We value candidates who can work overtime, maintain accuracy, and follow procedures. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, and safety gear is required for all shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in English is required, including reading and writing to process documents.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking products, quality checks, packing, inputting data, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment with PPE as required.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as needed.
