Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Ops Associate II to support inbound and outbound activities in a distribution environment. You will follow SOPs to pick, pack, and ship orders, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and occasional use of material handling equipment. Overtime availability is expected; benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shift.
• Comfort with heights and using material handling equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing, and loading for shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment and drive forklifts as required.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use Warehouse Management System to check in/out products.
• Complete housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain safety.
