Job summary

Hader Solutions in Purvis, MS is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support machinery and equipment in a busy laundry services environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, record daily readings, and respond to maintenance calls during production hours.

The role emphasizes electrical troubleshooting, PLCs and controls, belt and pump systems, and training new staff. It is a midshift position (1:30 pm–11:30 pm) on-site with a safety‑driven, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting of electrical controls including PLCs and inverter drives.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps and conveyors.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Safety‑conscious with focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on equipment systems.
• Recording daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation data.
• Responding promptly to maintenance calls during production hours.
• Repairing machinery efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
