Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Mississippi to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment. The role involves recording meter readings, monitoring systems, and responding to maintenance calls during production hours, with a midshift from 1:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

You will help train new staff and work collaboratively in a dynamic factory environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical control systems including PLCs and inverter drives.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, chains, belting and conveying systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform mechanical troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Safety-conscious with a focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Record daily meter readings, monitor boiler chemistry, and sanitation processes.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls during production hours.
• Repair machinery efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation.
