Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances is seeking a Production Operator for the South Brunswick, USA site on the 2nd (3:30pm-11:50pm) and 3rd shifts. You will operate packaging and processing equipment, weigh liquids and powders for flavor compounds, and pack final products while adhering to safety and GMP standards.

The role requires accuracy in weighing, following detailed procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with potential OT on weekends.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be able to weigh liquids and powders accurately and follow procedures.
Experience with SAP and IFFMan is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery to assist with manufacturing and packaging on the production line.
Compound flavors by weighing, blending, mixing, and sifting/milling, and pack chemicals following shop floor paperwork.
Replenish inventory and label stock containers and samples for shipping.
Follow GMP, safety protocols, and HACCP guidelines; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
