Job summary

IPG is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Midnight Shift to lead daily operations in our Operations department. You will ensure safety, coordinate materials, and drive production goals with a hands-on leadership style.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 2+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong communication, and lean six sigma experience. You will mentor hourly staff and uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily production operations to meet shift goals.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and staffing to avoid downtime.
• Coach and develop hourly employees.
• Participate in hiring and evaluate performance.
• Lead safety and housekeeping and respond to emergencies.
• Handle payroll hours and production reporting.
