Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking an Assistant Behavior Analyst or Midlevel Supervisor in Bell Gardens, CA to provide clinical support and case management under a BCBA supervisor. You will oversee Behavior Technicians, supervise case load, and train families and staff in behavior change plans.

The role requires a master's degree in a related field, with BACB coursework in progress and BCBA exam preparation. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in social work, human services, drug and alcohol, education, counseling, psychology, or criminal justice.
  • MA in ABA is preferred.
  • Enrolled in BACB coursework and preparing for BCBA exam.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness of behavioral programs under supervision of BCBA.

  • Oversees the work of Behavior Technicians as assigned by Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) or Operations Leader
  • Conducts face-to-face case and Behavior Technician supervision for assigned caseload
  • Assists Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments

  • May conduct skill enhancement training for Behavior Technicians
  • Provides behavioral services to children with autism or other behavioral disorders as outlined in the behavioral change plan
  • Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
