Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead Intensive Behavior Support programs in the San Diego area. Manage a light caseload with 20 billable hours per week and supervise a team of direct care staff.

You’ll receive monthly bonuses, CEU reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits. You’ll develop treatment plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in good standing (BCBA or LBA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
• Experience delivering behavioral services to children and adults.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans with evidenced-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase independence.
• Create flexible schedules and oversee Intensive Behavior Support services.
• Provide collaborative leadership and guidance to staff through coaching and training.
• Model effective behavior change procedures with families.
• Coordinate services funded by Regional Center partnerships.

Salary Range:$90,000 - $100,000+ $6,000 annual bonus paid out monthly

Responsibilities of BCBA overseeing Intensive Behavior Support Services:

• Develop treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidenced based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors, teach replacement behaviors, and increase independence across activities of daily living.
• Enjoy the flexibility to create and implement schedules and routines that are most beneficial for each client’s needs.
• Provide collaborative leadership and guidance to behavioral direct care staff through ongoing communication, coaching, training, and support to promote quality service delivery and professional growth.
• Help families by modeling the implementation of effective behavior change procedures. (FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programs, schedule thinning/demand fading, etc.) as requested
• Service funding comes from partnerships with local regional centers to support individuals that are eligible for Regional Center services.

Qualifications:

• Provide an active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
• Experience providing behavioral services to children, and adults preferred
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Proficiency in the English
