• Work involves sophisticated matters for healthcare providers, systems, and industry participants, collaborating closely with experienced healthcare litigators and regulatory attorneys.
• The associate will handle a broad range of healthcare litigation and regulatory matters, including healthcare litigation and commercial disputes, medical staff and peer review matters, licensing and board actions, administrative enforcement proceedings, fraud and abuse investigations and enforcement matters, and related regulatory and compliance disputes.
