Job summary
Permanent Placements LLC is seeking a mid-level Healthcare Litigation & Regulatory Associate for its client law firm in Los Angeles (preferred) or Seattle. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of litigation experience and a strong interest in healthcare enforcement, regulatory matters, and privacy compliance within healthcare.
You will collaborate with experienced healthcare litigators, draft motions and briefs, manage matters through all stages of dispute resolution, and advise on risk management
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Experience managing litigation matters through dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Assist with healthcare litigation and regulatory matters across stages of dispute resolution.
- Draft motions, briefs, administrative submissions, and litigation memoranda.
- Collaborate with healthcare clients on risk management and defense strategies.
- Support case management through all phases of dispute resolution.
- Engage in regulatory enforcement and healthcare compliance disputes.
