Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in annual giving or frontline fundraising.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with donor engagement and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement strategy for CPM’s midlevel program with membership team.
• Oversee engagement of 700+ midlevel donors.
• Coordinate donor communications calendar for cohesive journeys.
• Monitor program success and identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise Leadership Giving Officers and set performance goals.
• Track solicitation activity, proposals, and stewardship.
• Support donor events and invitation lists.
• Develop knowledge of CPM and cross-organizational relationships.
