Job summary
Proactive MD is seeking a Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care at our Midland, TX, employer-sponsored health center. This 20-hour weekly role offers meaningful patient relationships, time for prevention, and a collaborative clinic environment.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing and FNP certification are required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in family practice or primary care.
- Current RN license and NP license in the state of practice.
- Active BLS certification and prescriptive authority.
- Experience with athenahealth EMR and strong computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adults and children in an employer-sponsored center.
- Perform preventive, acute, and chronic care visits and develop treatment plans.
- Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and histories.
- Coordinate referrals and document encounters accurately in the EMR.
- Deliver patient education and wellness counseling.
