Proactive MD is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care at our Midland, TX employer-sponsored health center. New clinic opens January 4, 2027, with focused, time-intensive visits and a patient-first culture.

You will deliver preventive and acute care, chronic disease management, and health education, building lasting patient relationships in a collaborative team setting.

Formación

• Master's degree from an accredited PA program.
• PA-C license in state of posting.
• Current NCCA PA-C certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse patients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and pediatric patients.
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness, and health education.
• Perform physical exams and take medical histories.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with patients.
• Order and interpret lab and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications within scope of license and laws.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as appropriate.
• Document encounters accurately in electronic medical record.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clinic team to support efficient workflows.
• Engage in patient education and health promotion.
