Premise Health Inc. is recruiting a Part Time Nurse Practitioner to provide care to employees and their dependents at our Health Center in Saginaw, MI. The role is 20 hours per week, with Tue and Thu 7a–4p and Fri 7a–11a shifts.

You will conduct exams, provide preventive care, order tests, collaborate with physicians, and educate patients while maintaining accurate health records. Extensive licensure requirements apply and the position offers competitive pay and part-time benefits.

Competenze

• Active RN and NP licenses to practice.
• State Prescriptive Authority where applicable.
• Federal DEA license.
• National certification (ANCC or AANP).
• MSN degree required.
• BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 3 years clinical NP experience in ambulatory/occupational health/family practice/ED.

Mansioni

• Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care and infection management.
• Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance and development.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
• Maintain patient health records with accurate documentation.
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices; perform other duties as assigned.
