Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• FNP certification required.
• RN license current.
• BLS certification current.
• Prescriptive authority.
• Experience with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adults and children at a workplace health site.
• Conduct preventive, acute, and chronic care visits.
• Order and interpret tests and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Document encounters in the EMR with accuracy.
• Coordinate referrals when needed.
