Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a Middleware Engineer for a 6+ month contract in Philadelphia, PA with a hybrid work model.

You will build, scale, and operate GraphQL/REST APIs, develop and integrate microservices, and advance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins. Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery from design through testing and documentation, plus monitoring and observability in distributed systems on AWS or other clouds.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in building and scaling GraphQL/REST APIs in production.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architectures.
• Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and collaboration within engineering teams.
• Practical experience deploying and maintaining services on AWS or other major public clouds.

Immediate need for a talented Middleware Engineer. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Philadelphia, PA(Hybrid).
