Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Middleware Automation Engineer to support enterprise middleware provisioning, configuration, automation, and troubleshooting efforts in Jersey City, NJ with partial remote options.

You will investigate build failures, perform root cause analysis and drive issues through resolution, collaborating with engineering teams to improve platform stability and automation processes. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Middleware Automation Engineer

Location:

Jersey City, New Jersey (Partial Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Middleware Automation Engineer to support enterprise middleware provisioning, configuration, automation, and troubleshooting efforts. This role is focused on investigating build failures, performing root cause analysis, and resolving issues across complex automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate build failures and operational incidents.
• Utilize Splunk and Ansible Tower to analyze logs and identify root causes.
• Review tickets, gather information, and determine impacted jobs and workflows.
• Troubleshoot automation, configuration, and provisioning issues.
• Determine whether issues stem from bugs, process gaps, documentation, or configuration failures.
• Drive issues through resolution and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform stability and automation processes.
