RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding coordination.
• Proactively source top tech talent (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Product Managers, etc.) via LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram communities, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, with a focus on sourcing and engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
• Conduct structured interviews, ensuring the best candidate fit.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes using ATS & recruitment tools.
• Stay updated on tech hiring trends and the CIS talent market.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, specializing in hiring top tech talent.
• Strong knowledge of the CIS tech market and the best sourcing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Telegram sourcing.
• Skilled in interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure the right fit.
• Able to work independently and manage full hiring cycles.
• Experienced in working closely with hiring managers and tech teams.
• Fluent in Russian and English, conducting interviews in both languages.
• Comfortable using ATS and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
