Responsibilities

• Develop outreach and intervention services for assigned students.
• Recruit at the middle school and maintain enrollment targets.
• Track academic progress and coordinate tutoring sessions.
• Coordinate field trips and college campus tours.
• Collaborate with school staff and MCC staff.
• Ensure compliance with grant objectives and reporting.
