Middle School Substitute Spanish Teacher

MICDS is seeking a Middle School Substitute Spanish Teacher. The substitute will execute lessons provided by the classroom teacher and manage other duties as specified. The ideal candidate will have Spanish teaching experience and familiarity with a 1:1 laptop environment. Essential Functions

• Implement lesson plans while ensuring the integrity of academic time and in a manner which motivates students to learn and participate.
• Maintain discipline and classroom control that fosters a safe and positive environment for all students in accordance with school policies.
• Oversee and manage the routines and materials as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Comply with and support school regulations and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the department chair or division director.
