Our school is seeking reliable and responsible substitute teachers to join our team!

As a substitute teacher, you will be responsible for following teacher lesson plans and ensuring that students are engaged in meaningful learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Follow teacher lesson plans and ensure that students are engaged in meaningful learning activities
• Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment, inspiring learning and joy
• Manage classroom behavior and discipline in accordance with school policies
• Communicate with school staff and parents as needed
• Complete required paperwork and reports, if needed, in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field, preferred, but minimum high school degree
• Teaching certification or substitute teaching certification, preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt to different teaching styles
• Flexibility and willingness to work in different classrooms and grade levels
