Responsibilities

• Deliver standards-aligned instruction using research-based curriculum.
• Ensure access to grade-level content through scaffolding and supports.
• Use data and formative assessment to adjust instruction and promote growth.
• Build trusting relationships with students and maintain high expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including co-teaching teams and PLCs.
• Engage families as partners through regular communication.
