Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts DESE license in appropriate subject & grade level.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience teaching at middle/high school level.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction with research-based curriculum.
• Design lessons to ensure access to grade-level content with supports.
• Use data and formative assessment to drive instruction and growth.
• Build relationships with students and collaborate with co-teachers and PLCs.
• Engage families as partners through regular communication.

Education

Massachusetts DESE educator license

Bachelor's degree
