Job Description

Position type: Full time, 12 months, exempt

Responsibilities include:

1. Student Performance: Set and enforce standards for student achievement, ensure academic programs meet or exceed goals, and measure success via assessments.
2. Organizational Leadership: Lead school culture, foster teamwork, manage programs and enrollment, ensure safety, and address disciplinary issues.
3. Instructional Leadership: Manage and evaluate staff, improve teaching practices, implement data-driven instruction, and provide professional development.
4. Operational Leadership: Develop budgets, oversee facilities and records, ensure legal compliance.
5. Personnel Management: Recruit, hire, monitor staff performance, supervise disciplinary actions, and build a committed team.
6. Community Relations: Liaise with teachers, parents, and community, and serve as a professional role model.
