The School Leader (principal) is responsible for setting a powerful vision for student achievement and motivating others to follow that vision. Additionally, the School Leader is tasked with strategically implementing the school’s mission through effective leadership and management of the school’s students and staff, resulting in an instructional environment that prepares every student for success in college and in life. The School Leader is a full-time, exempt, school-based position and reports to the VP of Schools.

Currently, KIPP St. Louis educates over 2,000 students and has hundreds of alumni. Our network includes three elementary schools, two middle schools, and a high school.
