• Willingness to receive and implement feedback regarding instructional practices.
• Evidence of strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to participate in highly collaborative lesson planning and teaching situations.
• Evidence of individualized, interactive teaching philosophy.
• Highly preferred: Experience with special education.
• Must be able to train at the Dyslexia Resource Center and obtain additional certification in Dyslexia Education (paid by LKA).
