Qualifications

• Arizona Elementary Certificate K-8 with Middle Grades Math Approved Area 6-8 or Math Endorsement K-8
• Arizona Secondary Certificate 6-12 with Math or Middle Grades Math Approved Area 6-8 or Math Endorsement K-8
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Requirements prior to start date

Responsibilities

• Contributes to acceleration of students in mathematics.
• Works extensively with students to improve specific mathematical skills.
• Consults with classroom teachers to design and plan interventions.
• Conducts assessments to identify students eligible for intervention services.
• Diagnoses math strengths and weaknesses and matches skills with appropriate techniques and materials.
