Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to build constructive relationships with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist students individually or in groups with lesson assignments and reinforce learning concepts.
• Supervise class activities, assist with seatwork, and help students with make‑up work.
• Tutor students, help with reading, writing, and projects; assist with computers and teaching aids.
• Perform clerical duties: attendance, bulletin boards, learning materials, and file organization.
• Assist with cafeteria, bus, and playground duties; support emergency drills and supervision.
• Support teachers by providing classroom routine information and contributing to lesson preparation.
