The ideal candidate will collaborate with families and leadership, align curricula, and participate in Cambridge Lakes' Professional Excellence Framework with ongoing professional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.A/B.S. degree in teaching from an accredited institution.
• Some roles may require a graduate/terminal degree, or certificate.
• Charter schools may employ non-certified teachers if they have a bachelor’s, graduate, or terminal degree and meet other qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, learning experiences aligned to Cambridge Lakes values across content areas and grade levels.
• Employ a range of research-based instructional strategies to support inquiry, project-based, and experiential approaches.
• Partner with colleagues, families, and school leadership to align curriculum and communicate student progress.
• Engage fully in Cambridge Lakes' Professional Excellence Framework and all professional responsibilities as outlined in the Guide to Excellence and Employee Handbook.
