Qualifications

• Math background with 4+ years' teaching experience at Level 4-5 and gap closure.
• Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience presenting to adult learners and teachers.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLCs and train teachers on Common Core and ACT standards.
• GCS GLOE frameworks training with observational feedback.
• Create learning plans aligned to school academic goals.
• Provide feedback using data from observations and student work.
• Deliver PD sessions for school and district events.
• Collaborate with principals to set and achieve academic targets.
