Job summary

Trinity Christian Academy in Addison, TX is seeking a dedicated Middle School Girls Soccer Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time, seasonal role runs from November 2026 through January 2027, with evening and weekend commitments as games/events occur.

You will plan practices, conduct weekly Biblical character lessons, lead tryouts for middle school girls, communicate with parents, and foster teamwork and Christian character among student-athletes.

Qualifications

• Must be committed to the positive development of the soccer program.
• Ability to instill teamwork and community within athletes toward Christ.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Junior Varsity athletes in soccer.
• Knowledge of the sport of soccer.
• Agree with and support TCA’s Doctrinal, Biblical and Mission statements and Christian values.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and attend Middle School Girls Soccer practices during the regular season.
• Document and plan weekly Biblical character lessons
• Attend all Middle School Girls Soccer games
• Responsible for soccer tryouts for Middle School girls
• Organize and run parent meetings
• Communicate with parents on a weekly basis (scheduling, updates etc.)
• Ability to motivate and improve performance of athletes
• Demonstrate the fruits of the spirit in daily work and interactions with students and colleagues

This position is from November 2026-January 2027. TCA’s Athletic Department utilizes sports and competition to teach transformational, life-giving biblical truths to each student-athlete.
