Job summary

Trinity Christian Academy in Addison, TX is seeking a dedicated Middle School Girls Soccer Coach for the 2026-2027 school year, November 2026 through January 2027. This part-time, seasonal role supports the athletic program and mentors student-athletes in a Christ-centered environment.

You will plan practices, manage tryouts, communicate with parents weekly, and reinforce biblical character lessons while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship both on and off the field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Junior Varsity soccer players.
• Knowledge of the sport of soccer.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and attend Middle School Girls Soccer practices during the regular season.
• Document and plan weekly Biblical character lessons.
• Attend all Middle School Girls Soccer games.
• Responsible for soccer tryouts for Middle School girls.
• Organize and run parent meetings.
• Communicate with parents on a weekly basis (scheduling, updates etc.).
• Ability to motivate and improve performance of athletes.
• Demonstrate the fruits of the Spirit in daily work and interactions.

We are looking for a dedicated coach and Christ follower to be a Middle School Girls Soccer Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is from November 2026-January 2027. TCA’s Athletic Department utilizes sports and competition to teach transformational, life-giving biblical truths to each student-athlete. As a coach at TCA you will not only help student athletes improve their athletic ability, you will remind them of the importance of academics, instill a Christian work ethic (Col. 3:23) and help strengthen their faith in Christ.

General Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and attend Middle School Girls Soccer practices during the regular season
• Document and plan weekly Biblical character lessons
• Attend all Middle School Girls Soccer games
• Responsible for soccer tryouts for Middle School girls
• Organize and run parent meetings
• Communicate with parents on a weekly basis (scheduling, updates etc.)
• Ability to motivate and improve performance of athletes
• Demonstrate the fruits of the spirit (Gal. 5:22-23) in daily work, and interactions with students and colleagues

• Experience working with Junior Varsity athletes in soccer
• Knowledge of the sport of soccer

• Agree with and support TCA’s Doctrinal, Biblical and Mission statements and Christian values

Physical,Mental and Environmental Requirements

• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, jump and run
• Normal physical demands of coaching
• Night and weekend hours required
