Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years coaching experience as an assistant coach.
• First Aid certification and CPR required.
• WIAA rules knowledge and district policies are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student athletes to promote learning and participation.
• Plan and implement sport programs; develop athletes physically and mentally; communicate rules and schedules to families.
• Organize after-school practices for 7th–8th grades four days a week and 6th grade two days; promote safe, fair play.
• Coordinate facility use and equipment budgeting; follow district procedures for injuries and inventory.
