Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and implements an effective program for the particular sport to prepare athletes both physically and mentally.
• Organizes practice sessions with grade teams and teaches basic fundamental skills.
• Maintains equipment records and coordinates with athletic directors.
• Informs students and parents about eligibility rules and season details.
• Ensures safety and sportsmanship during practices and games.
