Guilderland Central School District is seeking a qualified teacher to fill a long-term leave of absence at Farnsworth Middle School, teaching grade 8 Life Science and one section of Regents Biology: Life Science. The position starts December 10, 2026 and runs through January 24, 2027.

Qualified candidates should hold a NYS certificate in General Science and/or Biology (grades 7–12) and demonstrate collaboration, adaptability, and a strong commitment to student growth.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS teaching certificate in General Science and/or Biology, grades 7–12.
• Experience in teaching required.
