Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student behaviors
• Assist students in grades 6–8 with behavioral support and self-regulation
• Engage in one-on-one or small-group activities aligned to instructional goals
• Monitor school areas and reinforce behavior expectations
• Provide check-in/check-out support for identified students
• Build positive relationships with students through daily interactions and mentorship
• Assist in restorative conversations and replacement-behavior planning
• Perform duties as assigned by the principal
