Qualifications

10+ years of operations or middle office experience in investment management, hedge funds, or financial services.
Prior people management or team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle events, settlements, and reconciliations.
Experience supporting multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and futures.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop an operations team supporting trade support, settlements, and reconciliations.
Oversee post-trade processing across multiple asset classes.
Manage trade settlements and reconciliation activities, ensuring timely resolution of exceptions.
Act as an escalation point for complex operational issues.
Partner with internal teams and external counterparties to support daily operations.
Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Maintain strong controls, procedures, and documentation.
