Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive commercial lending experience.
• Significant experience in middle market relationship management and credit.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.

• Lead and coach a team of Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers.

• Monitor portfolio quality, risk, and compliance with policies.
