Job summary

Community Bankshares, Inc. in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Reporting Analyst for Middle Market, Specialty & Business Banking. You will deliver data-driven insights, develop and monitor dashboards, and support business line objectives with ad-hoc research and analysis.

You will serve as SME for core banking systems, collaborate across lines of business, forecast reports, and help build business cases for new programs while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2 years analyzing commercial banking production or banking operations.
• 1 year working with Business Intelligence Center (BIC) reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven insights to help develop and drive business line objectives and strategy.
• Develop and execute research and analysis projects relevant to business line objectives.
• Identify KPIs, deliver reports and dashboards to monitor business outcomes.
• Forecast reports and data modeling to support strategy and planning.
